I waited 30 mins for my treatment, the client in front of me waited 55. I booked a luxury manicure, this wasn’t a luxury manicure. No cuticle work, no cuticle oil or moisturiser, uneven nails, staff moving between clients w/out washing hands.

My nails have been left thin, soft and brittle as the technician used the electric file from beginning to end of the manicure whereas my nails are usually very strong
