I really wish I could have given a nice review but I didn’t even get to have my hair cut! I booked and prepaid but when I got to the appointment they knew nothing about my booking! I got a booking confirmation and the money had already come out of my bank account so there was nothing I could do. I was pushed for time so couldn’t wait around for another appointment. Never again, what an absolute waste of time and money! I just hope I’m able to get a refund after all this :(
