Really poor experience; nails clipped far too short, so much so that one finger was clipped and bleeding, leaving blood under the nail even when I asked for it to be removed before repainting. My finger has been sore for a few days as it was so close/on the skin where it was cut down to. The clinician blamed the shape of my finger (?). I’ve had gels for 12 years constantly and never been cut before. Super disappointing.
