on my first visit i got overcharged £12 and I was told I'll get £12 discount on my next visit. On my next visit I booked spa pedicure for £45 and when I got to the venue, I double checked that £12 will be deducted from £45. I was told it will be £41 after the discount because there is an extra charge of £8 for a removal of gel polish. I found this extremely annoying as this extra charge is not written anywhere on the website or in appointment info. Pedicure not done properly. Won't come back.

I have been here a few times and have noticed that the lady owner is very unwelcoming, never smiles and it verging on rude in her demeanour. To add to this, the pedicure was rushed, extremely basic and expensive for the time spent on it. Sadly, I live close to this business and would like to support them but I will be going elsewhere next time.
