I asked for natural looking acrylic nails with a French manicure look. I got nails that were 90% white. She did not use the Ochre powder but bright white, then painted them a ghastly bright pink to try and correct the issue. I told her not to finish as I wanted them done again and she said she couldnt do them again as she had another appointment, she then held me hostage for 20 minutes whilst she carried on painting them bright pink so she could take a photo of the disgusting nails for her b
