I did not get the person I asked for. The female Betty, who removed my acrylic nails was very pleasant. Unfortunately, she used a electronic file to file some of the acrylic off, but later when I got home and put on some hand cream I realised that some of my own nails were filed down so much they were like paper. As they were beginning to bend and break, I cut them as short as possible, but have been left with deep splits in at least 4 of my nails. These, will take months to grow out. : (
