Did not want to book my apt initially unless I present voucher code! Could not find parking so parked up nearby; i went in told her i shall park up somewhere safe and be back within 10mins. Come back,she was adamant to redeem voucher before delivering the service. I gave her the voucher but once she redeemed it, she lied and said she now has another client because it was now 15mins past apt. time! So i questioned why she redeemed voucher? told her she was stealing so she did pedicure in the end!

I have used this salon a few times and it’s always been ok / every time I go it’s someone new and never busy. After Taking 30 minutes to wash hair I felt quite tense as it didn’t look like the stylist knew what she was doing. She had no idea on how to blow dry or hold the brushes and after I told her that my hair should be styled with a brush she continued to say she knew what she was doing. After one hour and my hair getting even more frizzier I had to stop and leave. I won’t be back.

Good facial including a relaxing shoulder massage while the mask was working. Venue could be more relaxing - alarm constantly beeping (perhaps a battery needed replacing) and light from the corridor kept turning on and lighting up the treatment room
