I'm a dance teacher and frequently get aches & pains due to the stop start nature of class (and not warming myself up properly!) I have had deep tissue massage to relieve tension and tightness in the muscles-which was extremely effective. And Swedish massage to relax me, both have left me feeling much better. He also took the time to recommend stretches and ways relieve the pain myself. Ryland is very good at finding tight spots you didn't know you had! I will continue to see him and recommend him to anyone wanting a skilled professional massage.

Ryland is fantastic, me and my partner have had massages on several occassions now and each time has been wonderful. He is friendly and never rushes the experience. If you want a chat he is great to talk to, but if you want a more relaxing environment he is happy to provide that too. We have recommended him to friends also who have been vert grateful.
