Hi - my name is Nicola I am a holistic massage therapist based in my new studio in Arnos vale. I have been a massage therapist for many years and have worked in spas across the country. My background is in mental health support work for over 16 years and feel I had a calling to help people feel better with the power of compassion and touch. I have always been guided towards massage therapy to de stress and relax clients . You will find my studio warm and relaxing to put you at ease in which ever massage treatments required.

- How to find me :Meriton Foundry is a warehouse type building with plenty of free parking in the yard. It’s on a dead end road with a green wall directly ahead - Once you see the sports bar, Take a right by the green wall. As you drive or walk in on your left you will see a large green shutter, walk through there and immediately on your right you will see a few red stairs walk up to the top of the landing and along the corridor, I am unit 45. If the shutters are down ( usually after 5pm) I will meet you downstairs by the fire door x
