Hi - my name is Nicola I am a holistic massage therapist based in my new studio in Arnos vale. I have been a massage therapist for many years and have worked in spas across the country. My background is in mental health support work for over 16 years and feel I had a calling to help people feel better with the power of compassion and touch. I have always been guided towards massage therapy to de stress and relax clients . You will find my studio warm and relaxing to put you at ease in which ever massage treatments required.
