This lady called me to cancel my appointment but then just didn’t bother cancelling my appointment online- so i got no refund at all. I only realised later and when I called her, she said she couldn’t send a form, and I had to call treatwell to cancel, she said she couldn’t even though this cancellation was no fault of mine - making me jump through hoops to get my money back.
