Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience on this occasion. I was made to wait 15 minutes despite having an appointment pre-booked. My cuticles on my hands and my feet were cut back so far that the cuticles were bleeding. My thumb cuticle was cut so badly that it’s now swollen as a result. The staff were too busy laughing with each other and showing each other things on their phones instead of working. Incredibly disappointing will never return. Very unprofessional environment/behaviours
