Lovely staff, always paying attention to who is walking in and out and that everyone is seen to, even if they have not booked. Tools were cleaned/sanitized and mani and pedi were good quality.

Unprofessional customer service. I politely asked for what I wanted and request wasn’t accepted instead argued back. Cuticles bled twice and used a heavy filer on machine that hurt and nearly split my nail. Unacceptable manners and should be trained in customer service and basic manners. After this experience wont be coming back.
