I booked a pedicure for my daughter without gel £32. My daughter told the assistant that she didn’t want gel. However the assistant still used gel and asked for the extra money to cover the gel. When my daughter refused and reminded the assistant that booking was for no gel and that she doesn’t like gel as it damages the nails, the assistant had to remove the gel and start again. My daughter has a young baby at home and needed to get home. The assistant’s mistake caused her to be late.
