Hi, I entered the salon, and I was welcomed by a member of staff, however, they told me to take a seat, and I had to wait for 10+ minutes until a therapist came up to me. The service was great, and my therapist was efficient and got the job done. My nails are gorgeous, the only thing that could improve is customer service
