The young man took the skin off my heel instead of just hard skin. He was distracted by a previous client leaving. It was and is extremely painful. I left without the rest of my pedicure

I was left with cuts on my heel and ankle after having a pedicure. The paint itself was very neat and nicely done but they were very heavy handed and cut into my foot twice with the scraper. They said sorry but offered no discount after.
