I had booked via treatwell and explained I had a voucher on my booking and when I arrived. The person in charge appeared to know nothing about treatwell but assured me they would sort it out and I needed to get started as other people were waiting. Half way through she told me I needed to pay in cash as I should have used the voucher online. I would have appreciated being told that before the treatment. Also others offered tea and coffee and not me and some others.

overall it's very nice, just had some negative feelings about the fact that they talk to each other about the client whilst doing the nails. I go there because it's a great location where I can park as I'm severely disabled, and I live in the area.

Love Krystal’s nails. They have amazing attention to detail and their gel manicures and pedicures are always very well done and look gorgeous. They have an abundance of colours too. Couldn’t recommend them more. 👍
