Had a lovely experience with Shan from start to finish. She spent a lot of time on me and did a lot of cuticle work and filing. I enjoyed the scrub and foot soak and it was relaxing. I liked the fact they offered mulled wine in time for Christmas too! Only thing I wasn't too sure about was the fact that I got charged extra for the gel polish removal, when I thought this is something that normally would come as standard with a gel pedicure, as you would need to remove the old gel to put a new gel everytime anyway. But to be honest, for the amount of effort gone into the pedicure, it wasn't too much of an issue. This has become my favourite nail bar and everyone is so welcoming!
