Sorry, unfortunately I don’t think I would see the lady I had again. I was in & out in 25 mins and so I didn’t really get the kind of manicure I expected. She didn’t soak my nails for the cuticles & applied the gel so thick that my nails look bulbous and bumpy.
Also, I asked for a certain colour but she told me ‘no, you should have this one one’ - I know I should have been more assertive, but I didn’t feel as though I could. Also, I think she should have just done what’s asked really.
