I’ve been to Kristina a couple of times now and she’s always so lovely! When I’ve needed my nails taking off, she does it with attention to detail as I need to make sure the acrylics/gels are properly removed. Other places where I’ve had my nails done, don’t do this but Kristina has always done a thorough job!

The room is unclean with dusty remnants over the desk. The chair is broken so you can only sit on it in a certain way without slipping off. Kristina was late, and arrived out of breath and shouting. She later told me she'd just woken up. The experience wasn't relaxing. Kristina mentioned a lot during the process that she'd had complaints about cracking nails, but reassured me the products were quality. Less than 24 hours after visiting one of my gels cracked and she's unreachable since.
