Kristina is a star! Her space felt clean, hygienic and smelled phenomenal. She was very clear about all the steps and even gave me a stress ball since I get nervous during waxes. She has an amazing attention to detail, cleansing and prepping the area thoroughly, applying the wax gently, and having a calming and cooling aftercare routine. I generally have a very low pain tolerance but this waxing experience didn't hurt as much as I'd expected. It's made me comfortable going back to get waxed.
