My experience was great. Kristi was amazing! Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I was a bit nervous regarding the outcome but I loved the result. Loving my eyebrows now! I highly recommend Kristi.

The time taken and attention to detail and my requirements was much appreciated. Shape, colour, before and after care were all clearly explained. Not a pain free process, but Kristi made it comfortable and the result was just as we discussed. It will be some weeks for the full effect, so looking forward to that.
