I have been waxing my whole life and often struggle to find good waxers. Usually (even very expensive places) they will break a lot of the hairs instead of pulling them out of the roots. Kristen was amazing - took her time, did a thorough job and was kind, attentive and helped minimize pain, which I especially appreciated as I am pregnant.

Kristen was really great and the results of the electrolysis are good even after 1 treatment. I had it done on different areas on the face with no issues. Will be going back soon to keep at it as the price is good compared to other salons and the location is good for anyone working around London Bridge/Tower Bridge. Other treatments at this place have also been great. Have had a facial and the products were great.
