This was more of a face massage than a facial, I myself do facials so I do have good knowledge on what a facial is and what is expected, the face massage was great however the extraction process took less than 5 minutes and only had my nose cleaned (which is not part of a deep cleanse facial as the chin lower and upper half of the cheek is also supposed to be included) cannot fault the massage however was definitely not a deep cleanse facial

The lady was very inexperienced. She was obviously very new to this and really didn’t know how to do a pedicure. I understand everyone has to start somewhere but they should have told me this when I first got there just so I know.
