Very busy atmosphere just before Christmas. I believe that you rarely get the therapist that you are booked in with online but they all do a good job in my opinion so far. My lash lift turned out nicely so I am satisfied. I would definitely recommend if you want a good job done but dont mind a bit of a hectic environment.

Jazz was not my therapist, it was another lady and have unfortunately forgotten her name but she was AMAZING. Probably the least pain i have felt during a wax and got every single hair. Hollywood and underarm took about 25 mins. I am very impressed. So upset that I forgot the therapists name as she really deserves her roses.

I have previously had my eyebrows threaded and a lash lift. Very happy with the results! Very good at what they do. Although its a busy environment I would definitely recommend.
Was easy to get an appointment online, Shalifa is experienced and skilled, I would book again and recommend. While booking online, there is an option to choose the staff, however I am not sure where the communication gap is, but the salon seemed clueless when I arrived. Please make sure you use the Note section, if you are looking for specific staff members.
