Slightly disappointed . Had booked paraffin wax pedicure but the person doing it was not aware and when I questioned why I did not get what I had booked she said it will be £10 extra . Eventually the manager came over and told her what I had booked

It was ok overall. Staff are very busy and there is not enough space for waiting. If they have proper appointments system they could manage costumers care.
