I came in yesterday for face and arms wax...n u burnt my face.. i look HORRIBLE!!!...u charged 35 pounds, n look at what u did...i was telling repeatedly that my face is burning...
I want my money back...this is total theft n fraud...i didnt pay to look like this!!!
