A very below standard treatment. I’ve gotten full body waxes numerous times form numerous different venues and this was the worst. It left me with uneven skin and loads of whiteheads. I have sought advice from a more reputable beauty therapist and she told me it is due to the dirty spatula used as the same one was used throughout the whole treatment. Additionally, the towel looked unclean and once the treatment was done was just folded and put back under the bed. The wax was also quite painful.

Unfortunately my massage was not good at all. The therapist was not very good, felt more like she was rubbing rather than massaging.
