Booked on treatwell on a Sunday morning. Got to my appointment about 4 hours later and they said they never saw it. They shouted over at me in front of everyone what did I want, what was the appt for with everyone staring at me. Then told me as they didn't see it I would need to wait for someone to be free, maybe 30 minutes. I decided not to take them up on this as I was short on time. Really bad manners. I felt so uncomfortable discussing my appt in front of a room of strangers, so rude.
