Made my cuticles bleed and sore by unnecessarily cutting skin away from sides of fingers. Unclear about price and tried to make me choose a more expensive product without telling me and accidentally touched drying polish whilst painting like an amateur. Also witnessed staff being very rude to another customer having a wax and tricked them into paying for a more expensive treatment they didn't ask for. I had a shy beautician who seemed young and inexperienced but she was very nice to me

Staff were rude, made unkind comments towards my skin, manager refused to refund. Honestly don’t know why I even paid before speaking to them. They pretended not to understand English when I asked to complain.
Wax was crap, they left a wonky 90• angle line on my bikini, only waxed half my area and left patches of hair and wax on my skin when I left.
Disgusting behaviour and I won’t drop it till I get my money back.
