It was a very unpleasant experience. I called up to arrange a couples deep tissue massage and I booked it directly with them. At no point did they explain we would be in separate rooms, for the first 20mins bit my partner and myself explained to the therapists the massage is very soft and we booked deep tissue which never materialised. We decided to leave half way through the massage as it genuinely was the worst massage ever, couldn't even call it a massage
