The underarm and Hollywood wax themselves were fine but Darshna’s technique felt quite heavy-handed and was uncomfortable at times. When I mentioned this, it was attributed to the hot wax however I’ve been getting waxes for about 10 years without this experience. Being gentler when a client expresses discomfort would really improve the service
