Booked in for a gel/biab removal and they efiled my nails off to the point my nails have been damaged for a while. I had biab under gel to strengthen my nails and that put me back to square one if not further back. My nails have not recovered, they are snapping, quite disappointed.
They should have been filed then soaked. Not filed right to my nail. My nails literally have efiled marks all over them. Please don't do this. It destroys nails. Won't be back unfortunately.

My friend and I booked last minute and she was very motivated to fit us into the schedule. We were on a tight schedule but Denise got us out 1 hour earlier than expected!
