Third time visiting each time the nail techs have had poor customer service. I thought maybe it was an off day, but it’s a regular occurrence. They rush the job, are harsh on the nails, and really don’t want to be there or have any interest. Creates a strange awkward environment, finally given up and won’t be returning

I really needed this service as another tech from another salon unfortunately gave me very chunky acrylics. Tina fixed this for me, was very attentive and would check I was happy as we went along which I really appreciated.
