I was disappointed. Told that I was not allowed to have my gel soaked off, despite it being on their price list, ”that is not a service that we do here”; lazy and bad for your nails. Poor quality manicure, being told that two coats would be better than three. Nails not painted to the end. Technician took a phone call, which was very unsavoury in nature, whilst doing my nails. Having to fight to use the card machine, which I knew existed; I wonder why? I will be going elsewhere.
