Unfortunately really disappointed. It hasn’t been a great experience, my nails started all to break within a week. I basically paid for 2 days of having my nails done. Overall all the experience was really poor, no attention to any details or anything.

FIRST TIME IN THIS SALON
'Reception' was not welcoming. I would described this as disinterested. however, this only applied to the girl who confirmed my booking.
John was efficient; the extensions are good as is the varnish.
Overall. I did not feel I was having a treat/pampered in my treatment.
the salon is not inviting in its decor.
customer care would be beneficial.
