They weren’t able to do infills for me, had to remove the BIAB I had and reapply, which is fine. They didn’t do any cuticle clean up but took the gels right down the cuticle, so there is a little ledge at the bottom. BIAB colours were pretty limited (around 10 shades, mostly pink/nude), and the colour coverage is a little patchy and there’s ridges throughout the nails, so the ‘builder’ aspect of BIAB wasn’t really utilised.
