Very gentle , friendly and makes me feel extremely comfortable everytime I walk into the salon. Also shows a great understanding of what I like and what I want which is also very important. A great individual and takes the time to talk to customers and built rapport.

Nails look nice but the lady that did my nails was quite rude and abrupt. A shams really as the nails look good - but on this basis, I won't be returning. Its really not that hard to smile and greet someone as they arrive and attempt to be friendly.

This was my first time in this salon all the staff were friendly and welcoming. I had my treatment done with Sophia she was welcoming and did a great job on my eyebrows. I definitely will be back! :)
