Really disappointing. I have been there a few times before and have booked Sandy who has done a great job. We booked emma this time and the whole thing was rushed - didn’t find her welcoming or professional. It was supposed to be a 20 minute pamper treatment which ended in 11 mins. We go to a salon instead of painting our nails at home - the service is what we pay for. I’d suggest management works on training staff in good customer service or replace staff who aren’t passionate about their work.

Amazing service and application of shellac. it has been over a week of holiday dealing with sun and sea, and I have yet to have a chip. My nails were quite weak and flaky beforehand yet they feel stronger than ever under the shallec.
