Not a good experience from what usual have. I was seen late then I had to tell the beautican to clean the tools after the other customer! I feel like standards are slipping in this place. The girl on the front desk Izzy/Lizzie whatever her name is! She is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever come across! She had her feet up on desk, FaceTiming her friends and general extremely rude and has serious attitude problem. Overall, not good experience at all!

Usually 5*s for this place but completely different to what I asked for, didn’t even last 2 weeks and can usually last 3-4 and in general was quite rude to me. Disappointing!
