What is going on in this salon. Staff act like they’re being held hostage.Horrendous atmosphere , miserable unless they are talking to each other. Special mention to Lizzie/ Izzie ? on reception for being the worse front of shop staff Ive ever seen, rude, lazy just awful. Never again

Pedicure was great as ever, however I turned up at 10AM (my appointment time) and the salon was closed with no one to contact. The beauty therapist then turned up 10mins late and definitely worked to earn back the time, but I could have left in the meantime.

Atmosphere is awful in here.
Nobody talks to you , the receptionist has her feet up on the table which looks awful inside and from outside the window when passing.
Girl doing nails barely looked at me.
