I am happy with my nails but I just wanted to point out when I booked Chrome design, I assumed I was getting a design, instead I didn't and was asked to pay additional £7 for a design. I appreciate that so I asked David if he could give this feedback so its not advertised as Chrome design but rather as Chrome only or Chrome effect, a description that is not confusing to the customer.

The girl that did my nails did a very very good job ! Kept double checking shape /options for flat or curved top etc and really cares about people leaving happy ,the infill cost £18 and I gave her a £5 tip ….

This was my first visit to Kokos, and having had a terrible set of acrylics done a few weeks prior, I was anxious about getting them infilled and made better. Fortunately Phoebe was totally unphased by the state of my nails, and rapidly dealt with them to make them look 100 times better. She then also did some really lovely nail art, and was happy to discuss options to get a look that I liked. All in all a really great experience and I'll definitely be going back for my next infill!
