I visited KOKOs with the intention of getting my BIAB done and my pedicure for my holiday, I have visited KOKOs for the past year now and have never had a bad experience. I work a 9-5 and find it hard to book appointments after work but I had no choice as I was flying on a weekday. Lee was so caring and kind, she helped me pick out a design when I was flustered and confused and genuinely she picked the perfect manicure, she stayed back an extra hour after close for my pedicure too! Thank you Lee
