I did find it very disappointing that my nail tech was changed last minute as I always book with specific people for a reason as they have done my nails before and I know they will do them how I like but there was no warning. The pedicure was great but the acrylics with French tips were a let down. After discussing the shape with my nail tech I am still not happy with how wide the tips are compared to my nail beds making them look really wide despite requesting a tapered square
