The experience was great and I love the way my nails turned out. However, I paid in advance and had to pay extra when I arrived even though I did not change the type of service I needed.

I was running late due to tube strikes but once I got through to the Koko team they were extremely understanding and ensured that they would fit me in, even though I was quite late!
The quality of the manicure and pedicure was equally fantastic.
Highly recommend.

I usually go to this salon and would normally recommend it. But today my nail technician was very rude, rushed my nails and overcharged me. When you pay for something in advance you shouldn’t be expected to then pay an extra £20 in the salon. I wasn’t happy with my nails but the technician was clearly in a bad mood and I didn’t want to cause an argument. Normally this salon is reliable but I wasn’t impressed today
