Booked via Treatwell for a 15 min appointment and arrived 10mins before appointment time. Staff didn’t appear to be aware of the appointment, kept waiting and after 18 mins was told it would be another 5 mins to wait. So left without treatment. This is not the first time this has happened using Treatwell (for other salons).

I hate to leave bad reviews on smaller businesses but I couldn’t recommend this less. The worst massage I’ve ever had in my life, booked another for tomorrow somewhere else to hopefully make up for it. Save your money and go elsewhere. Might be ok for nails but honestly the most horrific massage.
