Appt was nearly 30min late without explanation/apology, understand things can be delayed but a headsup would have been appreciated as I would have left and come back. A nail chipped on the same day! Not the few weeks I normally get out of BIAB :(

Not the best manicure or pedicure I’ve had. Technician cut my toe cuticle during my pedicure which is quite sore and my biab extensions are just fine, definitely not perfect. I used to go to koko regularly for years, and this was my first visit in about a year. Unsure if they have new proprietors as I didn’t recognise any of the therapists.
