Salon staff professional. Place could do with a tidy up, clean and dust. Behind the counter was cluttered and messy. Customers can see that area, so it needs to be tidy. Paintwork was chipped and tired. This could easily be fixed. Food packets in shop gave the impression that it was someone's living space, not a professional salon.
