The nails were okay, but they definitely could have been better. I also found it frustrating that I would be charged for being late, yet I still ended up waiting about 15 minutes after arriving on time. The nail tech doing my nails was also working on four other clients at the same time, which made the service take much longer than expected. This doesn’t match the timing or experience described on the website when booking an appointment.

I am afraid it was not as good as previously. I was used to the basic of the service (such as not towels to cover you at all) but at least it was perfectly done. this time around the waxing was not well done and not all hair was correctly removed
