Good value for money, extremely quick and time-efficient, amazing for last minute booking! However, I think cleanliness wasn't a priority at all, and also, for pedicure, there was no feet treatment at all. It was only super quick shellac removal and re-polishing.

The therapist was lovely and did a great job - no complaints about this stage.
I booked my appointment through treatwell and recieved confirmation, yet the saloon didnt have my booking so i was made to come back later. I went to pay the amount Treatwell were offering the treatment for, and was told i owed more depsite booking the right treatment on treatwell and having written confirmation of the price, treatment and time. The owner is really rude and blamed me for the error - she really needs to have this conversation with treatwell, i tried to explain this and she just walked away from me... Its a shame as the therapist was great and i really liked her, but the owner is so rude i'd be reluctant to go back.

Wasn’t the normal attentive service but the nails are fine. Normally cuticles are tidied but this wasn’t done. Felt rushed, seemed like they had overbooked the day.
